The George Inn is a 17th Century thatched pub and hotel in Barford St Michael, not far from Oxford on the edge of the Cotswolds. Our charming country inn has been delicately restored with the aim of providing beautiful and comfortable rooms for our guests. All nine bedrooms have been individually decorated with en-suite bathrooms, flat screen TV's and tea / coffee making facilities. There are 2 double and 1 single bedroom above the pub and an additional 6 in the Garden Lodge, all with stunning views across the valley. A full English breakfast is served in the main dining room from 8am - 10am. Our restaurant is open daily and our head chef has created a variety of dishes that focus on local, sustainable and, above all, quality ingredients.
