The Gunroom Restaurant at Plas Dinas Country House offers a fine dining experience through it's hybrid taster menu. The former home of Lord Snowdon and the Armstrong-Jones family, blends the feel of a true 5* boutique country residence with a house of historic significance. Our monthly changing menu uses only the freshest seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. Distinct choices of starter, main and dessert are interspersed with delicious chefs courses creating a unique dining experience that balances sumptuous indulgence with individual variety. Created by Head Chef Daniel Ap Geraint and his team of ambitious chefs. 7-days a week April - October and December Tuesday - Saturday - November and January - March. Sittings are available at 6pm and 8pm. We kindly ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your sitting so that you can enjoy a pre-dinner drink and canapés in either the beautiful Drawing Room. This is also where your orders are collected. Reservations are essential.
