The all-day menu is a welcoming blend of the finest Welsh recipes and delicious dishes. The popular Corris Rarebit combines Welsh Cheddar with premium Welsh Ale. Homemade soup and lamb cawl are served with freshly baked bread. Scones are baked daily and always sell out fast. Coffee is locally roasted and served by trained baristas. Dogs are welcome. The outdoor seating area is a great viewing point for the Mach Loop, a low level training area used by the RAF and USAF; there's a small children's play area too. Next to the Café is the Welsh Deli where you’ll find the country’s finest produce, much sourced directly from local producers. Welsh cheeses, honey, beers, ciders, wine, whiskey, chutneys, Pembrokeshire laverbread, jams, biscuits, cakes & more. Luxury Welsh food and drink gift hampers a speciality. The Corris Café is located at Corris Caverns also home to King Arthur's Labyrinth, Corris Mine Explorers and 9 Craft Workshops with hands-on fun craft activities.
