Lyn House Apartments with Fern Cottage are a group of five holiday lets, four apartments are situated within the Grade II listed main house, and the fifth apartment is a detached cottage located within the grounds. The apartments are situated in the town of Lynton, North Devon, and are set within the Exmoor National Park, a renowned AONB. Inside the main house each apartment has its own private entrance leading off the shared hallway, and the apartments are furnished to ensure a warm and inviting home-from-home atmosphere. The hillside location provides the shared terrace and many of the rooms with beautiful sea views. There is off-road parking provided within the private car park, with delegated spaces clearly marked for each apartment. The elevated garden terrace area has plenty of seating overlooking the views of the town and the coastline. The apartments are located just a short walk to the nearest shops, cafes, restaurants, and pubs, making them an ideal location from which to easily explore both Lynton and Lynmouth by foot. A short walk from the apartments will take you to the top of the water-operated cliff railway, which leads down to the harbour at Lynmouth, the views from the short journey on the railcar are truly breath-taking. Also close by you can find the spectacular setting of the Valley of the Rocks, and the East Lyn River Valley, one of Britain's deepest river gorges, this leads on to Watersmeet where there is a National Trust owned tearoom and visitor centre. There are a wide range of walks, cycling routes and beaches within easy reach of Lynton, making it an ideal base for a holiday. These beautiful apartments along with the detached cottage provide a friendly setting for guests to enjoy all year round.
