The Brasserie at The Carlton is the perfect setting to enjoy a meal, freshly prepared in our kitchen, using some of the best local produce around. We are open seven days and week, both to hotel and non-resident guests. We serve an informal dinner menu each evening from 6pm, and a lunch offer Wednesday through to Sunday from 12:30pm. At other times we have a light lounge menu available. We love to find new suppliers, whether they’re Devon families who’ve been growing, rearing or selling produce for generations or new, artisan makers of craft food and drink products – of which there are many in the county. Our a la carte dinner menu builds on the foundation of our fine suppliers and quality local ingredients – we call it North Devon’s Larder. This includes exceptional fish and seafood, delivered daily to our kitchen. West Country meat and game from our local butchers, seasonal vegetables from the Great Field in Braunton, with access to the specialist Bristol markets.
