Watermouth Valley Camping Park
About
Watermouth Valley Camping Park is a family‑owned gem nestled on the coastal road between Ilfracombe and Combe Martin, just a stone’s throw from the stunning North Devon shoreline. With 32 seasons of welcoming guests, it offers a relaxed and well‑furnished setting that balances rustic charm with essential conveniences. Visitors can choose from oak‑lined ocean view pitches, shaded valley sites with electric hook‑ups, and open‑plan areas for those seeking a quieter experience. The site features on‑site food stalls, a small shop stocked with breakfast essentials and local produce, as well as fire pit areas for campfire evenings (subject to lighting regulations). Dedicated dog‑exercise zones, a well‑equipped launderette with a freezer for ice blocks, and accessible shower cubicles ensure the site caters to families, pet owners, and guests with mobility needs alike. The reception welcomes guests from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Sunday‑Thursday and to 6:00 pm Friday‑Saturday, with late arrivals permitted by arrangement until 9:00 pm (no arrivals after that time). Quiet hours start at 10:30 pm, and noise is prohibited after 11:00 pm, providing a peaceful atmosphere for everyone. Though the site closes for the 2025 season, it will reopen on 30 April 2026 for the new summer season, offering ample opportunity for early‑bird campers to secure a spot.
