For reservations of 28 nights or more, a mandatory inspection of the accommodation will be conducted by Redwood Stays if you decline a mid-stay clean. This inspection will ensure the property remains in good condition and is compliant with health and safety standards. You will be notified of the inspection schedule in advance, and access to the accommodation will be required for this purpose. If you do not agree to this clause, REDWOOD STAYS reserves the right to cancel your reservation. We provide a few complimentary essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive: trash bags in all trash cans, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, dish soap and dishwasher tabs.
