About
We are Cairde Na Cille (friends of the churchyard), the official community organisation taking care of Friar’s Bush Graveyard where our volunteers restore graves and pathways. Our tours are led by experienced Irish social historians and animators. Our cultural events often feature harp, string or pipe music. Our unique tours aim to transport you back into the ancient heritage of Belfast. We have been campaigning to save this heritage site since 2022.
