Our restaurant is open for a gourmet dining experience during term time (when there is no special event night). Opening hours - Wednesday & Thursday evenings - choose from 6.45pm, 7.00pm, 7.15pm. Also open Monday to Friday for breakfast, brunch or lunch from 08.00-14.00. Pre-booking is essential. Take advantage of our talented Catering student's culinary skills, overseen by our resident Head Chef, Simon. You will be greeted by our welcoming Hospitality students who will look after your every need during your visit. As this is a training restaurant there may be times when our student's are a little nervous, however there will be managers on duty to ensure service is not affected.
