A dedicated Classical Pilates Studio in the heart of Stourbridge Town. Our small team of teachers undergo apprenticeship style teacher training to provide the best experience and teaching your body deserves. We offer small group classes - mat classes (maximum 8 people) and equipment classes (maximum 4 people) to ensure a perfect amount of guidance. We also offer bespoke 1:1 or 2:1 sessions. The studio is spacious and we have changing facilities, toilets and a small kitchen.
