The dining room at Sylhet Spice has citrus yellow walls and purple chairs, reflecting the exotic fusion of flavours from the kitchen which serves authentic Bangladeshi, Indian and Pakistani cuisine. All the food at Sylhet Spice is prepared without artificial flavours or additives, and signature dishes include the Persian Chicken Biryani served with basmati rice and vegetable curry; the Sylhety Jhinga Masala – king prawns cooked in the tandoor and served with yoghurt; and the Lamb Tikka Masala cooked with fresh cream and nuts.
