About
The Museum of Witchcraft and Magic, situated in the picturesque Cornish village of Boscastle, offers a fascinating journey through the history of witchcraft, occultism and Pagan traditions. Founded in 1951 by Cecil Williamson, the museum relocated to Boscastle in 1960, where it now houses a collection of more than 3,000 artefacts—including Wiccan tools, ritual implements, and historical curiosities—displayed across thematic rooms such as Joan’s Cottage, a reconstructed cunning folk’s workspace. An extensive library of occult literature is available to researchers and visitors alike. Open daily from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., the museum provides an immersive, educational experience for history buffs, witches, and curious travelers.
