A beautiful and relaxing bed and breakfast on the edge of the Scottish Borders, easily accessible to Edinburgh by car or train, the lothians and the Scottish Borders. We have three lovely bedrooms to choose from, the Garden Bedroom (a king size bed with an en suite bathroom) The Ballroom Bedroom (a double bedroom with a private shower room) and the Yew Tree Bedroom (large twin room with en suite bathroom) Breakfast is included in your stay and can be enjoyed in the dining room or you could have a tray in your bedroom. There are extensive gardens and grounds to walk around with an abundance of wildlife.
