Once an elegant 19th Century home, the "Lauriston" as it was called then was converted into a hotel in 1933. In 1950, the property recieved extensions and alterations and operated under the new name: "Cecil Court Hotel" - a name it still holds to this very day. The Cecil Court Hotel is a 9-minute walk from Bournemouth Beach, 11 minutes' walk from Bournemouth International Centre and 2 miles from Bournemouth train station. Relaxed rooms with en suite bathrooms provide Wi-Fi access and flat-screen TVs, plus tea and coffeemaking equipment. There's an informal bar/lounge, and a patio with seating.
