Port Charlotte Youth Hostel is a converted whisky warehouse of the former Lochindaal Distillery, right at the shore of Loch Indaal on Islay. The youth hostel has all the amenities you would expect. For those looking for budget accommodation multi-share rooms are available, but the youth hostel is also family friendly and provides private rooms. Facilities include a spacious and well-equipped self-catering kitchen overlooking the bay and a common room for families and groups with a TV and comfy furniture. Wi-Fi during your stay: We do our best to deliver a free Wi-Fi service but apologise that connectivity, particularly in our rural locations, can be intermittent due to the level of our current broadband provision along with high usage when the youth hostel is busy.
