A small batch distillery producing some of the UK's finest spirits & liqueurs. Distillery Tours & Tastings run six days a week, with a on-site shop selling our exclusive spirits that aren't available in supermarkets. Founded in 2011 by Dr John Walters, we consider ourselves to be England’s original small batch distillers. In that time, we have accumulated an unrivalled wealth of distilling experience, distilling well over 100 different products for ourselves and our clients. In fact, our Old Salt Rum was the first rum to be distilled in the UK. Our award winning distillery at Great Yeldham Hall, Essex, produces the UK's widest variety of spirits & liqueurs distilled under one roof: including vodkas, gins, rums, brandies, sambuca, single malt, liqueurs, and even brand new spirits we've invented. We distil all of our own base alcohol, setting us apart from most other distilleries. Our mission is to show the world just how delicious spirits can be when you drink the best.
