For Camping in the beautiful East Sussex countryside, at the head of the Cuckmere valley, this 30 acre working farm is well placed for exploring the South Downs Country Park, The High Weald, Ashdown Forest, and the Sussex coast This East Sussex farm campsite has basic facilities, but there is a shop a five minute walk away and the market town of Hailsham is just 4 miles down the road. Campfires are allowed, logs for sale, £6 a net, kindling with firelighters £1.50 No cars allowed in camping fields except for loading or unloading, so the site is safe for children. It is a couple of minutes walk to the sites from the carpark. Tents: £10 adult per night, £5 children 5 to 15 years. The Pond Field, we reserve this for adults. Camping Field, pitches are round the edge of the field, leaving acres of open space in the centre. We also have a Mongolian Yurt and an idyllic Log Cabin, for those who prefer more comfort.
