The newly refurbished Sea Pearl bar & restaurant at Worthing’s Burlington Hotel provides an unrivalled venue for taking in spectacular beach views, whilst enjoying an exquisite lunch, dinner, or afternoon tea. The bar boasts a fine range of Champagnes, a carefully curated wine list and twelve draft beers, as well as delicious cocktails made by our skillful bar staff. Our Head Chef Alistair worked at Marco Pierre White at Michelin-starred restaurant Mirabelle and has brought his creative flair and experience to the Sea Pearl. Along with his talented kitchen team, Alistair has devised an enticing menu of British and European seafood and meat dishes, with plenty of lighter bites, vegetarian and vegan options. The Sea Pearl opens out onto the sun terrace for alfresco dining with uninterrupted sea views, or sit inside among the emerald-green velvet furnishings, floor-to-ceiling windows and elegant herringbone flooring.
