Woodfire at Chapel Field

We are Stella and Griff, and we set up our Woodfire gastro campsites because we love being outside and eating great food! We’ve been going camping ever since we were kids and know what we want from a good site – hopefully, all our experience goes into the little things that make coming to Woodfire great. We were also inspired by visituing 'agriturismi' in Italy - farm stays where you are cooked for at breakfast and supper with produce directly from the farm; and French auberges where everyone sits together in the evening and you are served just whatever is cooking, but you know it will always be delicious. We now have three campsites; in West Sussex we have Woodfire at Westerlands; and in East Sussex on the glorious Firle Estate we have two separate sites: Woodfire at The Round Hill (an exclusive hire field for up to 60 people) and Woodfire at Chapel Field (our regular gastro-camping field).
