We offer personal training, a wide variety of classes from yoga to HIIT to maximise your workout. Our range of cardio and strength equipment will meet all your needs and we have the largest Rig in Bristol. On short visits - day passes can be obtained that give 24 hour access to the gym. We are located in the centre of town next to a 24-hour Asda superstore that has free parking.
