About

North Somerset Bird of Prey Centre is a dedicated sanctuary located in Smallway Leisure Park, Congresbury, offering visitors the chance to experience up‑close interactions with over 60 resident birds of prey and a variety of mammals, reptiles and exotic pets. The centre runs regular Open Days—no booking required—where visitors can hand a raptor or meet a friendly armadillo, while its Experience Days provide deeper, hands‑on encounters such as the Raptor Experience, Owl Experience, Falconry Day and the One‑Day Zookeeper Experience. With a strong conservation focus, the centre also offers adoption sponsorships and a range of educational sessions for schools and community groups, all of which promote wildlife protection and public education. All bookings are made by email and guests are advised to book at least six weeks in advance to secure a preferred time slot.
