Situated on the top floor of the Westcliff we present an excellent 3-bedroom apartment facing West to the setting sun over the award winning Summerleaze beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Bude is a well equipped town situated on the famous rugged North Cornwall coastline with award winning beaches and stunning scenery. We continually update and improve the apartment, recently a new sofa, mattresses & new 42' smart TV in the living room and smart TV in the main bedroom. New Kitchen and bathroom have been fitted Steeped in history the Westcliff was a very smart hotel famed for its ball room and wonderful dances. Later a home to evacuees this beautiful building is now converted to luxury apartments. Some original features remain with modern essentials such as wi-fi & allocated parking! The famous sea pool is directly ahead & easily accessible as is the cliff path, a playground, 2 beaches , eateries & amenities, 2 minuets walk to Sainsbury’s and 3 min to the golf club.
