ICE Cook School’s state of the art development kitchen is an open and comfortable space to learn new culinary skills, from the simplest to the most complex of techniques. Full day cookery experiences are taught by our highly-skilled and talented group of chefs. ICE also offer exclusive dining experiences including Date Night, Lunch Bar (8-10 taster menu) and Seasons (exclusive culinary theatre four times a year) and private bookings and celebrations, team building days and professional upskilling.
