Ty Mawr Farmhouse bed and breakfast is five minutes from Holyhead Port and has its own exit from junction 3 on the A55, just two junctions from the ferry terminal. We have safe off road parking in the private farm courtyard with plenty space for cars with trailers and vans (NOT HGVs). Ty Mawr offers quality traditional farmhouse Bed and Breakfast; guests from all over the world have been returning time and again to stay with Anne and family on their 300 acre dairy farm in Valley, near Holyhead on the beautiful isle of Anglesey. Our Guest House is located a half mile from Valley village, where you will find two public houses providing lunch and evening meals and a drink or two! And a Spar convenience store with free cash point. The villages of Trearddur Bay, Rhoscolyn, and Rhosneigr with their sandy beaches for safe bathing, and the Racing Circuit at Ty Croes, are within a few minutes by car. We are conveniently located near the Anglesey Coastal Footpath, and on the SUSTRANS national cycle route 8 for a relaxing nights stopover. We offer a pick up and drop off service and luggage pickup/delivery for coastal path walkers. Please ask when booking. The house, traditionally furnished with antiques, is set in a lovely south-facing garden. It is surrounded by open pasture land with uninterrupted views towards the Snowdonia mountain range. We have safe off road parking in our private courtyard next to the farmhouse. We also offer FREE internet broadband access.
