Parallel is our immersive culinary venture, running alongside its established big sister, Pasture, in the heart of the city center. This initiative invites an altogether different dining experience than we have ever offered before, though the intimate and theatrical style of service is unmistakably Pasture. Set around an open kitchen with live fire cookery & countertop seating, Parallel focuses on vibrant and energetic fine dining, with a menu consisting of small plates, perfectly paired with our expertly curated wine list.
