The converted Steading dates back to1850 and is attractively situated with a garden with garden furniture and barbecue facilities to the front. The property has a sunny South facing aspect, and pleasant rural views. The property has double glazing and central heating, as well as a multi-fuel stove, there is a fitted kitchen with integrated appliances and separate laundry/drying room adjoining. At ground level there is a double bedroom, large walk-in shower room and an open-plan living/dining/kitchen with a wood burning stove and flatscreen TV. Two further single bedrooms, and are accessed via a spiral staircase. This layout means that the cottage will be ideal for couples or smaller groups.
