About

Burhill Farm nestles at the top of Buckland in the picturesque Cotswolds escarpment with grounds showcase the impressive 360 degree view overlooking Buckland Village, the Malvern Hills and Broadway Tower. Within the village itself is the medieval Church of St Michael, a seventeenth-century manor house, and what claims to be the oldest Rectory in England with an impressive timbered hall that dates from the fifteenth century, the east window of which contains some splendid 15th-century glass. William Morris attended church services here when he came to Buckland in the 19th-century and was so impressed by the glass that he personally paid for its releading. Host born in the Cotswolds Fiona and Christopher Legge welcome you to their home to share the spectacular views of the Countryside and what it has to offer along the famous Cotswold Way. There are many attractions in the heart of the Cotswolds to explore including Broadway, the jewel of the Cotswolds 1 mile down the road or a 20 min walk along the Cotswold Way. Broadway Tower, Snowshill Manor, Snowshill Lavender Farm in the summer, Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon and Cheltenham Spa are all close by to Buckland.
