We offer 6-day stays, from Saturday to the following Friday, with daily fresh organic juices, meditation, pilates, Nature walks in serene woodlands, and a range of relaxing treatments you can choose from. We also offer non-residential stays. Guests have the option to visit a high-quality spa in Painswick with Pool, Sauna, Jacuzzi, Steam room and Gym. The juice retreat is a great way of allowing your body to detox. Your body can then put its energy into cleansing itself. A residential stay takes you away from the normal temptations of daily life. You will be with a small group of guests who are detoxing together. You will experience noticeable weight loss, improve your health and feel empowered to make changes in your life.
