Powells Fine Jewellery is an antique and contemporary family jewellers in it's third generation, right in the heart of Chester. Originally established in 1953 and in the Chester shop since 2004. The shop is beautifully Victorian with original features and fittings, including a stunning spiral staircase. With plenty of beautiful pieces of jewellery and antiques inside!
