Located in the remote South Suffolk countryside, the White Horse is an oasis of great drinks in South Suffolk, many of which are sourced locally (as close as next door)! The Horse has been a regular in CAMRA's Good Beer Guide for upwards of 20 years as well as recently featuring in the Good Pub Guide. We've also been awarded many times over the years via CAMRA for our championing of real ale. Suffolk County Council has recognised our initiatives in Green Tourism - Not only are there solar panels on the roof, we source our water from our own borehole and have 3 wood burners for warmth in the winter, using local coppiced wood. We also have a lovely open campsite next door as well as 2 holiday chalets for rent. Next door, you'll find Little Earth Project, brewing interesting barrel aged sour beers, of which we have up to 6 taps pouring at any time! There are also 8 keg lines and rotating cask taps of a mix of great independent and local craft breweries!
