The house has a wonderful atmosphere, it has 4 large bedrooms 2 bathrooms and 2 sittings rooms and a large kitchen dinner, there is a large garage for storing bikes, canoes, surfboards etc. It is close to the famous Zip Wire, Go Below and Surf Snowdonia, as well as Conwy and Caernarfon Castle and the stunning Bodnant Gardens. For walkers the house is 300 meters from the Wales Coastal Path, the National cycle route is at the end of the house driveway. Also RSPB site 300 meters away. The beach at Llanfairfechan, a mile away is well loved by responsible dog walkers. A great family seaside spot.
