The Club campsite is a short distance from the Lake District and the Yorkshire Moors, so is an ideal base for caravanners and motorhomers. There's a nature reserve opposite the site, which hosts croquet, bowling greens and a flower show in late August. The Club campsite is also suitable for dog owners, with plenty of lovely walks in the local area, such as Formby beach.
