Sinai Park House is a Grade II* listed timber-framed building dating from the 1300s situated within a 13th century hilltop moat. The site is a Scheduled Ancient Monument and is surrounded by a historic deer park. Used for recuperation by the monks of Burton Abbey, the site includes a range of timber-framed buildings, a moat, a Jacobean bridge and a Georgian plunge pool and picnic spot.
