Hi I was born and raised in Derry’s Bogside and one of the city’s longest established tour-guides and resident red head! I’m an accredited guide with 19 years’ experience and have had the opportunity to guide thousands of visitors around my beautiful city and throughout the north of Ireland. This is not just a job to me, my biggest passion is home. I love to talk about this place and share what our great country has to offer. “Tá grá agam don teanga.” I love the Irish Language! I’m a fluent Irish speaker and was one of the first generation of children to be educated through the medium of Irish in the city during the modern language revival in the North of Ireland. I have a great love and passion for Gaelic culture and my tours usually end up in a seisiún or two! My tours focus on our countries history, culture, and politics but I also put across my own personal experience having grown up during “the troubles” in the north of Ireland.
