Waterfront Country Park is a touring caravan site situated in an attractive setting five acres of flat, level grassland, close to the beautiful West Stockwith Marina, where the Chesterfield Canal joins the River Trent. The location is a haven of peace and tranquillity for the most independent visitor. Waterfront Country Park is easily accessed from the main UK road network and conveniently near to Lincoln, Doncaster, Sheffield and Nottingham. It is situated on the borders of Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire and South Yorkshire. The location is an ideal base for visiting Sherwood Forest and Robin Hood country which is but a short drive away. Both Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire are famed for their peace and tranquility, even so there is lots to see and do. Nottingham, Lincoln, Doncaster and Sheffield are all ideal for a day out and all are situated within one hour's drive from the site. Motorway links to the ferry port of Hill with sailings to Rotterdam and Zeebruge are close by.
