If you're after a campsite in a countryside setting with beautiful views, peaceful, with excellent facilities, then you've hit upon the right spot. Newbridge Country Park is a modern, family owned, dog friendly holiday park and campsite, being only half an hours drive from the M74 (for journey to the Highlands or south to the Lakes) and about the same distance from beaches and historic castles. You can expect a warm welcome for all camper vans, motor homes (large motorhomes accepted), caravans, tents, trailer tents, roof tents, on our hard standing level pitches. Facilities include: free unlimited showers - one with a wet room, a washing machine & tumble drier at a small cost, washing up area, elsan point, grey water disposal points - a grey water for motorhomes by reception, Free games room, free Wi-Fi, 16amp EHU, no charge for awnings. Large off-lead enclosed dog walking area alongside a river. There is a bus stop outside the front of the site, that goes straight into Dumfries
