Kitchen: The living areas are open-plan with a luxury kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee-maker, etc. (Tea towels provided). There is also a separate freezer. Just off the kitchen you will find the auto-washing machine and the tumble dryer in in the drying room. This room is ideal for hanging out clothes and equipment after a long day’s cycle or walk. Dining Room The dining area has a dining table and four chairs for eating meals. All cutlery, dishes, pots and pans are supplied should you wish to dine at home. Lounge, Stairs & Landing To ensure that you relax during your stay at Avonlea, the following furniture and equipment are at your disposal :- TV with Freeview satellite channels DVD player Hi-Fi Wi Fi Internet access Two 2-seater settees Gas fireplace with surround Occasional tables Books, DVDs, Guides to the area, Routes for cycling and walking. Bathroom Upstairs, there is a fully tiled recently installed modern shower room, with an electric power shower, W.C, wash-hand basin and electric shaving point. All bath and hand towels are provided. Bedrooms Avonlea is well equipped to make your stay a comfortable one. The cottage has two good sized bedrooms upstairs. Both bedrooms are to the front of the property. The double bedroom is comfortably furnished with a double bed, fitted wardrobe and bedside tables. The twin room is also comfortably furnished. There is a wardrobe and beside tables with draws. All bedding, including duvets and linen are provided. A large travel cot is provided by prior arrangement.
