About

The Farmhouse at Solsgirth Estate is a lovely converted farmhouse sleeping up to eight adults and two children. There is plenty of room for families or groups to spread out indoors and out, and your complementary Farm Tour around the working farm will give you an introduction to our rhea, emu and llama, traditional pigs, cattle and sheep breeds. A short drive away are fantastic walks in the hills or along the coast, with several Scottish cities within one hour’s drive. ​ The original farmhouse for Solsgirth Home Farm is the ideal place for family getaways, sleeping up to ten people across four bedrooms. Large groups can spread into their own spaces, and all gather around the dining table for meals. ​ Downstairs ​ The area includes lower level and hill walking, the beautiful Dollar Glen and Castle Campbell and the RSPB reserve at Loch Leven. Just outside the village of Dollar, 30 minutes from Stirling, 45 minutes from Glasgow and around an hour from Dundee and Edinburgh.
