We're a small, family-run team dedicated to providing comfortable and friendly bed and breakfast accommodation in our beautifully decorated, Victorian-themed guest house. Just 40 metres from Eastbourne’s seafront, our guest rooms feature en-suite showers or bathrooms, in-room safes, and mini bars for your convenience. Each morning, we serve freshly prepared breakfasts made to order using the finest ingredients—locally sourced whenever possible. Our clean, stylishly themed rooms offer a warm, relaxed atmosphere where every guest is made to feel at home.
