At The Abbey Hotel we aim to be a British home from home and capture the essence of a English country inn, offering a beautiful forty seater restaurant with a relaxing bar area for drinking and dining with a range of individually designed en-suite bedrooms. In summer sit outside in our patio area or English country garden which boarders the 1066 walk, whereby a cocktail, glass of wine or a pint of beer from England’s oldest brewery can be enjoyed. In winter grab a book or newspaper and curl up in front of our blazing fire, whatever the season there is a space and time here for you to relax and enjoy.
