Tucked away in one of the Royal Mile’s many ancient closes, Mackays is a haven from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. Take a break from exploring our wonderful city and taste the best of Scotland’s larder. We favour local produce, aiming to bring a taste of the flavours of this beautiful country straight to your plate. Our 100-bottle-strong collection of Scottish Malt Whisky is our pride and joy. Or if whisky isn’t your thing, why not try our cocktail menu with flavours inspired by the incredible spirits offered by Scottish distilleries from the lowlands all the way to the islands?
