Swanston Brasserie is Swanston Farm's public restaurant located on the outskirts of Edinburgh City Centre. Opened in 2007, we offer a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere with stunning views of the Pentland Hills and across the City of Edinburgh. Our modern home-made menu is designed from ingredients sourced from local producers. We work hard to produce great tasting seasonal home-made comfort food, from the very best ingredients available and provide first class and friendly customer service to all of our visitors. Diners can enjoy a countryside walk whilst at Swanston Farm, where you can also see our Highland Cows. Swanston Farm has been in the same family since the 1970's, having tenanted the farm since the 1930's, evolving the farm in to a modern day business to include self-catering holiday cottages.
