Located just a 20-minute walk from the centre of Exeter, Holland Hall is located on the Streatham Campus at the University of Exeter in 300 acres of gardens. Holland Hall is within easy reach of beautiful beaches and Dartmoor National Park, making it the perfect base to get out and explore Devon. All rooms at Holland Hall are en-suite study bedrooms, featuring tea and coffee making facilities and a mini-fridge, with free Wi-Fi available. The wet-room style bathroom includes a shower. In the interest of sustainability, complimentary soap is provided for guests and further toiletries can be requested from the reception desk. There are no televisions in the rooms, however, the communal area has a TV which is available to guests (subject to availability). Breakfast is served in the dining room, which offers sweeping views across the Exe Valley, a particular favourite with guests. The building benefits from 24-hour security on site. There are free parking spaces outside Holland Hall (subject to availability) and St David’s mainline train station is just a short distance from the campus.
