A Luxurious B&B and Holiday Cottage, ideally located on the edge of the picturesque village of Lympstone, nestled on the East side of the River Exe, with its pretty harbour, charming cobbled streets and myriad of footpaths criss-crossing the village. We have three spacious and well appointed rooms together with a separate self-catering Holiday Cottage which sleeps four guests. Our breakfasts are all prepared and freshly cooked to order using the finest local produce. The South West Footpath and Exe Estuary Cycle Trail go right past our door making us ideal for walkers and cyclists alike. The golden sands of Exmouth Beach, the most westerly point of the Jurassic Coast is just two miles from our door, the Cathedral City of Exeter just eight miles and the breathtaking Dartmoor National Park is within half an hour making us the ideal base to explore this fantastic and varied area on foot, by car, by bike or by train. With excellent local produce and fantastic producers Devon's food & drink is known for being outstanding and is home to a number of award winning establishments. Lympstone Village is home to not only four great pubs but also to Michael Caines' Michelin Starred Lympstone Manor. Amongst other favourites are The River Exe Floating Cafe, Mitch Tonks' Rockfish and new this summer Mickeys Beach Bar & Restaurant at Sideshore, Exmouth's newly opened world class Watersport's centre.
