Chimichangas is thrilled to bring the vibrant flavours of Tex-Mex and Latin American cuisine to The Lizard Village. Established in 2020 as a street food trailer it became a regular favourite for many locals and visitors. Since opening a restaurant this year, we can now offer a dine in experience and Live music events. Our talented Guatemalan chef, Marynes infuses each dish with the authenticity and warmth of her Central American roots using bold and spicy Tex-Mex flavours and of course fresh Cornish produce.
