Löyly is Cornwall’s premier centre for heat & cold therapy, mindful floatation experiences, and sports recovery, based at Kernow Resilience Hub, the South West’s only dedicated facility for resilience, health and wellbeing. Our traditional sauna, infrared sauna, ice bath and floatation tank bring science-backed healing and wellness methodologies to the Camborne Redruth area - we're the only place in Cornwall to offer all of these options in the same place. As well as being home to the only dedicated cold hydrotherapy system in Cornwall (with automated temperature control optimised for maximum physiological benefit) there's also a strength and conditioning gym along the corridor at Kernow Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, which welcomes non members to drop in for a training session before hitting the saunas or float tank.
