Award winning Boutique B&B situated directly on St. Cuthbert's Walk, 3 miles from Melrose and St. Boswells. Outstanding location & personal service as well as a fantastic made to order breakfasts catering for all tastes incl. vegetarian and vegan cooked options. We have 3 superb bedrooms with luxury bathrooms, a cosy guest lounge with log fire and lovely breakfast room with exit to the patio. There is a heated boiler room for wet shoes/clothes & ample storage for bikes, golf and fishing equipment. We offer evenings meals and packed lunches on request. Come, relax and enjoy our lovely B&B with private gardens and outstanding views over the Scottish Borders countryside. Please note: We are a traditional B&B and we are closed from 11am - 5pm every day.
