Kellie Castle & Garden
About
Kellie Castle & Garden is a medieval stone structure nestled just outside Arncroach in the East Neuk of Fife, Scotland. The castle blends 14th‑century tower house architecture with Victorian interiors restored by the renowned artistic Lorimer family. Visitors can wander through the richly furnished rooms, marvel at the oldest ornamental plaster ceilings in Scotland, and explore the world‑class Arts & Crafts garden, celebrated for its fragrant roses and organic fruit beds. An exhibition of Hew Lorimer’s life and studio is housed in the former stables, offering insight into the sculptor’s legacy. During the open season, the castle welcomes guests Monday to Sunday from 10:00 to 16:00, providing a mix of history, art and horticulture in a single day’s visit.
