Summer's Bay is a 6 bedroom family-run hotel nestling on Rothesay seafront. Fitz's family only took over this property in September 2018. We are keeping the whole building and providing a good stay for all our guests. It is only 5 min. walk from the ferry terminal and town centre. Freshly cooked breakfast every day morning for our guests. We also have a fully licensed bar open to residents and the public. The bar terrace looks out onto Rothesay bay where you can sit out with a drink and enjoy the peaceful view of the sea. All rooms have free WI-Fi and free Wi-Fi in all public areas too. All our guest rooms are on the first floor of the property and assessed by 2 sets of stairs. Our deluxe sea view suite has a private balcony link to it, where you can have a relaxing drink and enjoy the view without coming downstairs. All other standard rooms are located on the back of the building, you may not get the Seaview, but the comfortable bedding would give you a nice rest and be fully charged
