Opened in February 2022, we are the only zero-carbon, fully air-conditioned, fully sustainable accommodation provider in Rye. As befits a modern B&B, we are pleased to offer on-site guest parking, dedicated 7kw EV charging, secure bike storage, and more. The flexible bed configurations (super-king and twin beds) with inter-connecting rooms, enables us to welcome groups, families, & infants. Our accommodation is bright, light, modern & airy. All rooms come with modern en-suites, twin-head showers in large shower-cabins, and are equipped with all the amenities you could wish for, including free ultra-fast fibre-optic broadband & smart TV's. Javed and Judith are your hosts and our hospitality is sincere. The breakfasts are cooked to order and your comfort is at the centre of what we do.
